The check-in and check-out process were incredibly quick and simple. The hots gave me much attention and although they did not speak much English, they tried really hard to help me out. In about five minutes, I was in the room and it was an amazing room with a very nice bathroom. Super clean and great shower.

The staff were very friendly. An English member of staff added me on we chat and was so helpful. I really appreciated it as I am still learning Chinese. the dinner was delicious, it was great because I am vegan and sometimes it can be hard to eat nutritional good food. The hotel staff were so accommodating. My room was warm, clean and new.

It is definitely a newer hotel in Changchun. The facility is very good and above the standard in this city.
